We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, even if the packaging is opened.
Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to cover return shipping and handling unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email. If eligible, a refund (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange without a restocking fee.
What to Do: Contact us promptly with details of the issue.
Proof Required: In some cases, we may request a photo or short video of the defect.
Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but if an issue arises, follow these steps:
Damaged Items
Report damage within 7 days of delivery.
Email support@alsetauto.net with: Order number Photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label
We will assess the situation and determine the best resolution (replacement, return, or refund).
Lost Items
If your order is lost during shipping, notify us promptly.
Email support@alsetauto.net with your order number and tracking details.
We will investigate and determine whether to issue a replacement or refund.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received, report it within 7 days for assistance.
Important Notes
Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Resolutions are determined case by case and are not guaranteed.
